Are the products authentic handloom and handcrafted?
Yes, every product at iTokri is sourced directly from artisans and weavers across India. We ensure that traditional techniques like Ajrakh, Ikat, and Chikankari are preserved and delivered to you with complete authenticity.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Domestic orders within India are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 10-15 business days via our premium courier partners.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 'No Questions Asked' return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely! iTokri ships to almost every country worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.
How should I care for my hand-dyed garments?
Since many of our products use natural dyes, we recommend hand washing them separately in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid soaking for long periods and dry in the shade to maintain color vibrancy.

We accept a wide range of payment options including Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and popular mobile wallets. For orders within India, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
